For Ready Stock Items

1. Jika ada barangan yg berkenan, sila e-mail / sms / PM / comment pd gambar utk mengetahui status item berkenaan.

*payment boleh dibuat melalui Maybank or CIMB

3. Item boleh di reserve selama 1 hari sahaja,jika tiada pembayaran, item akan di release untuk open order kepada other customer (ready stock only)....tak de sy chop dulu ye,if no payment within 24hour,brg akan di let go pd waiting customer..

*Kindly make your payment after your order being confirmed in 24 hours. We are not confirm the stock availability after that. But, if payment has made, we will refund your money on the unavailable item.
* Please do notify us of your payment confirmation immediately through email / PM / comment kt wall sy / SMS.

Boleh COD, only at Kuantan. (Monday~Friday by appointment only)

For Pre-Order Item

1. Required 50% deposit (1st payment) upon booking of Pre-Order items (kindly arrange your payment within 2 day from the date of Booking items)

2. Balance of payment (FULL payment) must be paid before we courier the items to you. Kindly note, the 2nd payment consist of balance of payment of Pre-Order items plus postage charge.

3. Please inform me 1 week before ETA (Estimate Time Arrived) if you want to CANCLE your order after booking has been made (deposit tidak akan dipulangkan if customer tak inform for cancellation of booking mengikut syarat yang ditetapkan)

4. Once full payment was received, barangan akan di poskan segera (Isnin, Rabu, Khamis shj-sblm 5ptg)

5. Good sold are not returnable/exchangable.(setiap item yg akan order..akan d check oleh sy sblm di poskan kpd customer...ini untuk mengelakkan customer mndpt item yg rosak..) ~ kepuasan customer,keutamaan kami...(^_^)

6. 100% refund in the event of item ordered is out of stock.

7. Please take note that I only ship out the items by POSLAJU/Pos Ekspress only.

After we post out your item, we will provide you a tracking code to track your item delivery status.
